Our team will carefully and methodically remove the existing structure (Cabinets, Flooring, Drywall, Tile, Outdated Electrical/Plumbing) while still keeping the surrounding area clean and tidy.
This process includes fixing poor or outdated framing, making sure the floor is properly suppoted and doesn't squeak, building any additional walls, and replacing/upgrading current insulation.
We will hire out professional subcontractors to do electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling. Most of our sub-contractors we've worked with for years and consider them valuable team members.
We tend to remove all existing drywall in the remodeling area so that we can start fresh. This means we re-drywall your entire kitchen so that its ready for a fresh coat of paint.
For kitchen projects (if we are not keeping the existing floor) we either install wood floors, tile floors, or a high end snap together composite material depending on your budget and style.
The final touches on every remodeling project is installing the cabinets, and doing any finished carpentry (doors, windows, base trim). This is the last step before installing your counter tops.
