Remodeling a bathroom can seem like a daunting task, it's the room you need to use everyday, but that fact also serves as a good reason to make it the way you’d like it. Though temporary inconvenience is an inevitable truth of remodeling, T&B tries to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.
Both Kitchens and Bathrooms add significant value to your home. Still, the most important reason to start any remodeling project is to create the space you’ve always wanted. This is especially important to consider in the design phase, approaching your bathroom project with consideration of how you and your family will use the space, will help make the final project much more functional.
After a plan is in place our staff of highly skilled workers take time and effort to make sure each demolition process is done safely (and thoroughly). Cutting corners is not an option here! Once a project is all torn down, it’s time to build it back up. We cover all aspects of the remodeling process including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, tile work, finish carpentry (accents/door-frames/etc.) and painting.
When we leave your project for the last time we want to be sure that it was done right, that we did our best with the project, and that you were satisfied beyond your original expectations.
Our team will carefully and methodically remove the existing structure (Cabinets, Flooring, Drywall, Tile, Outdated Electrical/Plumbing) while still keeping the surrounding area clean and tidy.
This process includes fixing poor or outdated framing, making sure the floor can properly support the new shower and doesn't squeak, and building any additional walls and supports.
We will hire out professional subcontractors to do electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling. Most of our sub-contractors we've worked with for years and consider them valuable team members.
When it comes to bathrooms, we tend to remove all existing drywall so that we can start fresh. This means we re-drywall your entire bathroom so when we put on that fresh coat of paint, your bathroom will appear brand new.
Tiling is one of T&B's specialties, and choosing it is one of the biggest decisions you will have to make. It will define the project, especially the shower which is where we spend most of our time tiling.
The final touches on every bathroom project is installing the cabinets, and doing any finished carpentry (doors, windows, base trim). This is the last step before installing your counter tops.
